A Fully Managed Service
VenueScreen provides more than just a digital media player. We manage the complete process, from creating your adverts to uploading and scheduling them on your venue’s screens.
Every advert is professionally designed in widescreen HD and can include your venue’s logo, colours, photographs and promotional information. You will receive the finished design for approval before it is published, giving you the opportunity to check that all details are correct.
Once approved, we upload the advert remotely and schedule it to appear at the right time. We can also set it to expire automatically when the event or promotion has ended, helping keep your screens accurate and up to date.
How It Works
Getting started with VenueScreen is simple. We provide a compact digital media player that connects to your television through an available HDMI port. The player also requires access to power and a reliable internet connection.
Once connected, send us the details of the event, offer or message you want to promote. Our team will create the advert and send it to you for approval. After approval, we upload it remotely to your player and arrange the required display dates.
There is no need to visit the venue every time an advert changes, and your staff do not need to upload files or manage scheduling software. Everything is handled remotely by the VenueScreen team.
One media player can also supply the same content to multiple nearby televisions when suitable HDMI splitters and cables are installed. Additional players are available when separate screen connections are required.
